RIE Homestay is managed and organized by the RIE homestay coordinator who is able to support students and host families throughout the homestay experience.

-An English speaking environment
-A private, furnished room with a bed, desk, window and closet
-3 meals per day plus snacks
-Assistance from the RIE homestay coordinator whenever needed
All homestay families are accessible to Richmond schools by city bus, bike or by walking.

Richmond offers students an extensive orientation to our district at the beginning of their program. While in school, each student will be assigned a counsellor who will help them pick their courses, and will be available for any issues students may have.
